StartupCincy builds a digital front door with EcoMap Technologies, mapping 200+ resources across 60+ organizations

The customer, StartupCincy, a coalition led by Cintrifuse, faced the challenge of manually connecting a wide variety of entrepreneurs to the many support resources across the Cincinnati startup ecosystem. Their team could not individually assist every founder entering the ecosystem. They partnered with vendor EcoMap Technologies and used its EcoMap Discover platform to build a scalable digital solution.

EcoMap built the StartupCincy Digital Front Door, a comprehensive online hub featuring over 200 resources. The solution included a Resource Compass for tailored searches, an ecosystem calendar, and a job board. This allowed founders to self-navigate to the right support at any hour. While still establishing formal benchmarks, EcoMap enabled StartupCincy to serve entrepreneurs at scale and track engagement to measure impact over time.
