OATS Transit, the largest rural transportation provider in the nation operating over 800 vehicles and delivering 1.5 million trips a year across 87 counties, needed to replace eight disparate office servers and paper manifests with a single, scalable digital system and train some 600 drivers. Ecolane implemented cloud connectivity, MDTs for a paperless workflow, Advanced Reporting, and comprehensive training (8 weeks/360 hours plus Ecolane University), enabling remote scheduling and dispatch and removing on‑site servers and printing costs.
