Ecolane deployed DRT scheduling and dispatch, Ecolane Touch Screen MDT with turn‑by‑turn Android navigation, web self‑service customer scheduling, and advanced/ad‑hoc reporting, enabling fully automated scheduling and real‑time optimization. The implementation drove measurable gains: no‑show rates fell by 50%, average rides reached about 1,000 daily, on‑time performance exceeded 93%, and rides per hour climbed to 2.28 (above the 2.15 goal), with Akron Metro RTA praising Ecolane’s training and support.
