Vaughan mastered a PMI-based methodology internally, secured executive buy-in, and deployed Eclipse PPM with a project management manual on the intranet. This created a centralized repository that improved communication and senior reporting, increased control over many more projects, aligned expectations and responsibilities, and streamlined project processes.
