Commercial Office Environments (COE), an Indianapolis-based Haworth dealer, had grown rapidly over the years and needed a better way to manage proposals, acknowledgements, delivery tickets, invoicing, and sales activity as the business scaled. CEO President Sara Cook relied on ECi TeamDesign to support the core operational functions of the dealership, but wanted stronger visibility into opportunities, forecasting, and team accountability.

To meet that need, COE added ECi TeamDesign’s Acsellerate sales intelligence and CRM solution to its existing TeamDesign system. The combination gave the team a clearer view of calls, appointments, wins, and losses, while making forecasting faster and more reliable. With ECi TeamDesign and Acsellerate in place, COE reported 50% sales growth in the prior year, with sales rising from $2 million in its first year to about $13 million today alongside only modest headcount growth.
