Fruitland Hardware in Jackson, Missouri was struggling with an aging QuickBooks POS setup that required about 1.5 hours to close each night, mailed monthly statements, and no automatic integration with Orgill. The change cut nightly close time to about 10 minutes, reduced Orgill ordering from 8–10 hours a week to under five minutes (saving roughly 10 hours/week), moved invoicing to email, improved inventory and margin visibility, and contributed to rising sales and customer counts.
