Cammthane, a 25-year-old manufacturer of polyurethane and engineering plastics in Albion Park, NSW, needed an ERP that could deliver industry-leading fast turnarounds by pulling together drawings, photos, material specifications, prototyping and production schedules and by scaling modularly for peak loads. To meet those needs they selected ECI Software Solutions’ M1 manufacturing ERP for its customization, backup and module-add capacity.

ECI Software Solutions implemented a customized M1 solution that consolidated Cammthane’s hundreds of material compounds and bespoke product workflows, enabled rapid rescheduling, and supported just-in-time material availability so inventory is “never more or less,” maximizing cash flow. As a result Cammthane—now using rapid prototyping including 3D printing—serves 450+ customers with 2,000+ items produced, operates efficiently with 14 employees, and maintains its market-leading fast turnaround with ongoing M1 upgrades and support from ECI Software Solutions.
