Rockhaven Homes, an Atlanta-based homebuilder, was rapidly scaling from under 40 closings a year to more than 200 and needed to systematize processes so growth would be sustainable and profitable. To manage that acceleration, Rockhaven partnered with ECI Software Solutions and implemented LotVue sitemap software.

ECI Software Solutions’ LotVue gave Rockhaven real-time visibility into every lot and community, plus two custom reports showing per‑lot projected profitability and budget variances, and the ability to copy lot data between communities. As a result, Rockhaven scaled to north of 200 expected closings without overstretching cash flow or management, and estimates it avoided hiring 2–4 additional staff on its 14‑person team.
