A ECi MarkSystems Case Study
Capital Homes, a Tulsa-based residential homebuilder, was losing profit dollars to inaccurate or outdated information, relied on gut-feel pricing before contracts, and lacked transparency into production costs. To fix this, Capital Homes selected ECi MarkSystems and its MarkSystems software (including the Internet ToolKit and cloud-based platform) to provide integrated construction accounting and job-costing capabilities.
ECi MarkSystems deployed an end-to-end, cloud solution with an on-site implementation team and ongoing support, enabling real-time access, vendor self-service, and better job costing. The results: go‑live on schedule in three months, data accuracy improved from about 2–3/10 to 7–8/10, monthly financial reporting time was cut in half, and Capital Homes gained clearer cost visibility, stronger vendor relations, and improved profitability and competitiveness thanks to ECi MarkSystems.
