Esperanza Homes, a McAllen, Texas residential builder, was struggling with manual, non‑integrated processes that made every house start time‑consuming and limited their ability to scale and generate the detailed analytics they needed. To address this, they adopted ECi MarkSystems’ MarkSystems home building management software (including the cloud-based Internet ToolKit) to automate workflows and deliver real‑time reporting and business insight.

ECi MarkSystems implemented a solution that automated contracts (DocuSign integration), saved floor plans and options once for reuse, generated custom real‑time reports, automated purchase orders and payments, and gave subcontractors a shared portal.
