Zenodro Homes, a Lake Mary, FL homebuilder led by Lusant Ordoñez, was growing rapidly (on track to finish 96 homes) but hampered by a costly, homegrown project-management system that generated excessive paperwork, made basic reports take a week or longer, and required heavy maintenance. To address these challenges, Zenodro adopted ECi MarkSystems and its MarkSystems homebuilding management software.

ECi MarkSystems implemented its cloud-based MarkSystems ERP to centralize data, eliminate duplicate entry, and deliver real-time reports and remote access, with strong conversion support from the vendor. The change cut filing time by about two days per week (roughly eight days per month), reduced maintenance costs to a fraction of the prior system, made reporting instantaneous instead of week-long, and gave Zenodro immediate visibility to update pricing and budgets across the business — boosting productivity while enabling continued growth.
