Westport Homes, an Indianapolis-based residential homebuilder, needed to give customers more detail about lots, homes, and options, better engage prospects online, and reduce time-consuming weekly plat updates. To meet those challenges they deployed ECi MarkSystems’ LotVue suite of visual display and homebuilding apps.
ECi MarkSystems’ LotVue provides interactive online maps and in-model displays that keep prospects engaged and “partially pre-sold,” improve customer service from first appointment through closing, and support Westport’s rebranding efforts. The solution increased internal productivity and data accuracy—saving the marketing team up to a half-day per week on plat updates—while helping Westport differentiate itself in the market.
