Listawood Promotional Products, a Norfolk-based manufacturer of promotional merchandise with over 150 staff, was operating with disparate, non-integrated systems that prevented vital reporting and caused duplicated work. To support rapid growth and handle a complex product portfolio, Listawood selected ECI’s M1 system to replace its cobbled-together accounting and CRM tools.
ECI implemented the M1 suite—combining scheduling, purchasing, CRM, job costing, payroll and inventory on a single database—plus dashboard KPIs and Crystal Reports training. As a result, Listawood automated and streamlined processes, gained user-friendly, timely reporting of trends and variances, reduced duplication, and lowered total cost of ownership thanks to ECI and M1.
