A-Z Office Resource, an independent office products dealer serving much of the Southeast, needed a better way to manage growing delivery operations and stay competitive against larger rivals. Before implementing ECi DDMSPLUS’s JumpTrack proof-of-delivery solution, the company relied on a manual process with paper manifests and had little visibility into where trucks were, how drivers were spending their time, or whether deliveries were profitable.
