EchoUser was engaged by Mighty, a fintech company, to evolve its home-grown VC investment management tool into a fully-formed product that could appeal to a broader market. The challenge was to bridge the gap between established venture capital offices and younger, tech-savvy investors while meeting the needs of the industry at large within a three-month timeframe.

EchoUser conducted a full user-centered design process, beginning with a stakeholder workshop to establish guiding principles. Through contextual inquiry with dozens of VC users, they identified key needs and then iterated on the design through conceptual modeling, wireframes, and usability testing.
