Shopware AG, a leading e-commerce system provider, faced the challenge of strengthening its corporate culture and feedback practices amid rapid growth. To address this, they sought to actively develop their internal feedback culture, anchor their corporate values across teams, and strengthen the role of managers as coaches. They turned to the vendor Echometer to find a software solution to support this process.

Echometer was implemented company-wide to facilitate regular team retrospectives, allowing teams to collect feedback and develop measures with their managers. The platform acted as a digital coach, moderating the process and providing the HR team with centralized insights through its Cultural Health Check feature. The results included over 120 measures decided by teams in the first three months, continuous visibility into team well-being, and the on-the-job development of managers, with teams maintaining an average of 4.6 active measures each.
