O’Neil Software, a company providing software solutions for record storage centers, identified an opportunity to pivot from serving warehouses to creating a consumer-facing e-commerce marketplace for storage services. They partnered with Echobind to build this new platform, called Annex, which would bridge the gap between record centers and everyday users seeking to purchase storage space.

Echobind designed and built a responsive web application for Annex using a modern tech stack including Next.js and Directus. The solution integrated Stripe for payments and provided record centers with a new revenue stream by attracting customers to long-term storage contracts. The collaboration resulted in a stable, user-friendly platform that solidified customer retention for O’Neil Software and transformed the industry's traditional acquisition model.
