Dave & Buster’s partnered with Echo Global Logistics to support store rollouts during a period of record growth. Opening new locations required coordinating multiple shipments from different pickup points in a short timeframe, creating a need for better transportation visibility, organization, and control over complex inbound freight.

Echo Global Logistics provided truckload and LTL services, access to its truckload network, and help with freight bill audits and invoicing. The company managed shipments, timelines, and documentation so Dave & Buster’s could keep openings on schedule, secure equipment and supplies, and handle nine new store openings, including three consecutive openings at the beginning of the year, while also lowering inbound freight costs.
