Dunmore, an international films manufacturing company with facilities in Pennsylvania, New York and Germany, faced frequent connectivity outages caused by a poorly performing MPLS circuit and flaky copper links that forced IT staff to manually reconfigure routers and VPNs. To solve this reliability and management problem, Dunmore selected Ecessa and its PowerLink® SD‑WAN solution to provide uninterrupted access to business systems and to simplify VoIP and network management.

Ecessa deployed PowerLink to load‑balance and provide automatic failover across multiple ISP links and to steer voice traffic over a preferred link with seamless fallback. The result: Dunmore’s WAN experienced zero outages in the past year versus about six per year previously, Comcast drops (about 12/month) no longer interrupt VPN/VoIP, connection speeds increased roughly 3× in New York and 10× in Pennsylvania without higher costs, and support costs and manual intervention were significantly reduced.
