ABM needed a smarter, more flexible, and more scalable auditing solution for its facilities management operations. The company had been using paper-based processes and an electronic auditing tool, but its 200+ sites and 9,000+ audits per year created massive auditing needs.

ECAT Group met with ABM and demonstrated a platform that could replicate its existing audits and processes, including through its Bulk Upload function. ABM rolled the system out across the organisation, appointed a dedicated ECAT Administrator to support the rollout, and began using ECAT to provide audit reporting directly to end clients.
