Top Tax Service Company, a bricks-and-mortar tax firm that also sells self-service tax software, needed to meet large retailers’ EDI requirements so their software could be stocked both online and in stores. Using Microsoft Dynamics GP as their ERP, the company was manually integrating orders and invoices and needed a reliable EDI-to-ERP solution. They engaged eBridge Connections to automate and integrate EDI with Dynamics GP.

eBridge Connections deployed its cloud-based universal integration platform for Microsoft Dynamics GP, mapping EDI transactions for 10 trading partners (setting up 3 maps and enabling the customer to replicate the remaining 7) to create bi-directional, automated EDI workflows. The implementation removed manual data entry, sped up and improved order/invoice accuracy ahead of tax season, and streamlined item, order and customer processing—reducing deployment time with prebuilt adapters and freeing staff from error-prone work.
