Diebold Electronic Security Division Finds A Stable EDI Solution To Streamline Business Processes

Diebold’s Electronic Security Division needed to replace an inefficient, email-driven document exchange with ADI while staying on Microsoft Dynamics SL. They required an automated EDI solution capable of reliably handling roughly 1,000 purchase orders a day plus timely acknowledgements, advance shipping notices (ASNs) and invoices, and chose eBridge Connections for its proven, cloud-based integration platform and pre-built Dynamics SL adapter and ADI connector.

eBridge Connections’ Professional Services team installed the pre-built adapter and ADI connector to automate 850, 855, 810 and 856 transactions, enabling end-to-end EDI integration.
