Targeted PetCare, a PE-backed multinational formed through the merger of five pet care brands, needed a way to consolidate reporting across five different ERP systems in the U.S. and Canada. Finance and sales teams were spending too much time chasing data, managing foreign exchange complexity, and trying to produce lender-ready reporting and profitability analysis. EBM Software helped Targeted PetCare address these challenges with EBM Catalyst® Software.

EBM Software implemented Catalyst as a centralized FP&A and sales analytics platform, including financial and profitability cubes, to create a single source of truth while allowing each operating company to keep its native structure. The result was a 5-company consolidated view, an 80% reduction in month-end close time, month-end reporting cut from days to less than an hour, and trailing 12-month reporting for lenders that previously took two to three weeks of manual work. EBM Software also delivered a solution that was 3–5x faster than an ERP implementation and provided 360° financial and sales analysis across the business.
