Ebix was brought in to provide an automated, multi-lingual web portal for ordering store consumables such as paper, bags, t-shirts, coffee, printer ink, pens, and more, using its Crosstrio Marketing Portal.

Ebix developed and deployed a global, multi-lingual retail stores web order portal and integrated it with the customer’s SAP systems for order creation, pricing updates, and inventory levels. The solution was deployed in 90 days with 1,740 catalog items, quickly adopted by 462 stores and 566 users, and streamlined ordering and shipping approvals; it also reduced administrative ordering time for new store openings from days to minutes and enabled easier store, product, and seasonality management.
