Major Luxury Automobile Manufacturer wanted a better way to support dealer-led marketing and move beyond generic pre-printed materials. The company needed a direct marketing solution that would let dealers create customized, relevant brochures for interested shoppers to help generate more interest and drive more sales. Ebix addressed this challenge with its Crosstrio Marketing Portal and secure Web order portal.
Ebix implemented a branded template-based system that let dealers personalize and order full-color brochures with custom letters, images, and dealership details. The brochures were printed and delivered either to the dealership or directly to prospective buyers, creating a more personal “pre-ownership” experience. As a result, the manufacturer empowered dealers to customize materials, increase customer traffic, reduce marketing costs, improve sales effectiveness, and maintain strong brand integrity.
