Leading Online Retailer worked with Ebix because it needed to migrate to a newer version of Oracle’s ATG Web Commerce Platform to access new features and reconfigure ATG Search for the upgraded environment. Its previous vendor lacked sufficient ATG Oracle e-commerce resources, and costs and timelines were becoming too high.

Ebix led the project from a US office and used offshore delivery resources to complete the Oracle ATG migration and search reconfiguration. The work was delivered on schedule and within budget, enabled the retailer to move more easily to multiple sites, and is expected to reduce migration and support costs by 40% while allowing the customer to take advantage of the platform’s new features.
