Get Living, a build-to-rent property developer, wanted a better way to help residents settle in quickly and comfortably without relying on agents to meet each person individually. To address this, Get Living worked with EBI.AI and its conversational AI platform, Lobster, to create an AI voice assistant called Evie for move-in and resident support.
EBI.AI’s Evie now guides new residents through parking, unlocking their doors, reporting issues, filling out inventories, handling visitor access, and finding local information, while also being available via home devices, mobile, and the web. The solution reduced waiting time on move-in day, let Get Living scale support beyond one-to-one agent interactions, and helped the team improve its service through resident feedback, with the assistant already able to answer more than 150 questions.
