TerraSana goes from Excel to optimised ordering with EazyStock

TerraSana, a Dutch organic food distributor serving niche eco-shops across Europe, faced rapidly growing stock levels and the limitations of manual Excel-based inventory processes. To manage long and variable supplier lead times and meet higher delivery expectations, TerraSana sought an automated inventory solution and selected EazyStock.

The result: purchasing went from “several hours a day” of manual order work to quickly reviewing and approving system proposals, more accurate forecasts, better container utilization and supplier negotiations to avoid excess buys, and improved customer communication — all delivered through EazyStock.
