Blinkfyrar Selects EazyStock for Inventory Optimsation

Blinkfyrar, a Swedish market leader in road signs and traffic safety equipment, faced rapid growth and a rising SKU count that outpaced their manual, instinct-based reordering. Their existing Microsoft Dynamics NAV produced order proposals but lacked replenishment calculations (reorder points, safety stock), leaving them without control over procurement and warehouse operations. To address this, they evaluated and selected EazyStock’s inventory optimization solution to complement Dynamics NAV.

EazyStock was integrated with Dynamics NAV across all seven Blinkfyrar warehouses (implemented by partner Orango in about two months and live since January 2017), automating replenishment and order proposals. The result: Blinkfyrar increased sales without raising inventory value, simplified order management, cut the risk of double orders and other human errors, and reclaimed hours now spent improving supplier relationships — measurable gains driven by EazyStock’s forecasts and automated ordering.
