A whole new view of inventory for GSAB

GSAB, a leading supplier of architectural glass across the Nordics (also selling to consumers via Invitrea), faced increasingly complex, time-consuming spreadsheet-based inventory planning that made demand forecasting difficult and caused service levels to fall. To modernise planning and purchasing while complementing their Jeeves ERP, GSAB engaged EazyStock and its inventory optimisation software to deliver accurate forecasts, reduce manual work, and improve inventory visibility.

EazyStock was connected as an add-on to GSAB’s cloud-based Jeeves ERP to provide automated demand forecasting, SKU-level replenishment parameters, dynamic safety stock and reorder points, and management-by-exception alerts. The EazyStock implementation led to higher service levels, reduced excess inventory and capital tied up, automated purchasing for the majority of products, and significant time savings for the planning team, enabling GSAB to free up capital and improve operational efficiency.
