Estrid, the vegan razor brand launched in 2019, grew rapidly from a direct-to-consumer subscription business into an international retail player with 13,500 stores across Europe. As its assortment, customer base, and warehouse network expanded, its manual, spreadsheet-based purchasing planning became slow, dependent on individuals, and increasingly prone to costly errors.
To replace this process, Estrid implemented EazyStock with a ready-made integration to Microsoft Business Central. EazyStock helped automate purchasing decisions, improve inventory visibility, support scenario planning and redistribution across warehouses, and reduce manual work; Estrid also identified potential purchasing cost savings of up to SEK 10–11 million through parameter adjustments.
