Tarrant County 911 District, which serves Fort Worth, Texas and supports emergency communications for more than 2.2 million citizens, needed a more reliable way to protect its critical 9-1-1 operations from frequent power-related outages. The district was building out backup data centers and needed a complete power quality and distribution solution, along with racks, enclosures, and furniture, to support controllers, telephony systems, and database servers.

Eaton delivered a turnkey solution centered on Eaton 9355 UPS systems, battery cabinets, monitoring software, surge protection, power distribution components, and enclosure/furniture systems. The result was four disaster recovery-ready sites with scalable, redundant power, remote monitoring, and improved resilience during storms and outages, enabling Tarrant County 911 District to maintain emergency services with high reliability across all locations.
