Eaton provided a solution using its SmartWire-DT system and XV HMI-PLC. This drastically reduced wiring from 50 conduit runs to just two, and replaced individual drive enclosures with a single, centralized unit. The implementation saved significant time and money on installation, provided intuitive visual safety feedback for operators, and offered the client an easily expandable system for the future.
