The technician who was EXTREMELY helpful with getting our staff in the website for Mobile use, was patient, professional and enjoyable with a challenging situation. We are now all able to access our mobile clocking in. It was a pleasure to work with him. He should receive an additional week of paid vacation and a raise!! He is certainly worth every bit of it.
