Adafruit, the open-source hardware company, was using outdated USPS shipping software that broke often, kept shipping stations isolated, and caused label errors and missing records. As the company grew, its fulfillment team needed a more reliable way to manage shipments and more flexibility across carriers, so it turned to Easyship.

Adafruit implemented Easyship’s Public API to replace its legacy USPS tool and connect its custom shipping software to Easyship’s system. The result was a centralized dashboard, fewer errors, and easier shipment management, with over 160,000 domestic labels created since May 2023 and USPS rates reduced by up to 20%, savings that were passed on to customers.
