Harel Insurance & Finance, one of Israel’s largest insurance groups, needed to replace outdated manual paper-and-signature workflows and boost digital engagement without forcing customers to download apps. They selected EasySend’s web-based eSignature/no-code digital journeys platform to enable remote signing, reduce back-and-forth communications, and integrate with existing systems.
EasySend implemented link-based eSignature forms, real-time remote agent assistance, and two-way integration with internal systems (including Salesforce and legacy apps). As a result, Harel saw a 15% increase in form completion rates, a 20% reduction in outbound customer calls, faster resolution times, elimination of manual data entry and paper waste, and higher customer engagement.
