Shopping Mall Celebrated its Anniversary with a Giveaway for Customers

Las Arenas, the busiest shopping mall in the Canary Islands, needed a safe way to celebrate its 27th anniversary during the COVID-19 lockdown when an in-mall event was impossible. They partnered with Easypromos and used its Redeem Codes app and online draw tools to run a contact-free giveaway with prizes including a KIA car, up to €1,000 in vouchers, and hotel stays.

Easypromos implemented a code-redemption flow with unique participant IDs, a random-draw picker and Certificates of Validity, and the campaign was promoted via social media, Google Ads and newsletters directing users to the mall website. The campaign generated more than 10,469 entries from 3,270 unique participants (over 2,000 entries via the website), allowed transparent selection of winners across prize categories, and drove a significant increase in website visits.
