Online Prize Wheels to Efficiently Give Away Prizes to Customers

Carmila España, which owns and manages over 78 shopping malls including Carrefour Camas - Aljarafe and Carrefour San Juan de Aznalfarache, needed to raise visibility for specific shops, present Valentine’s gift ideas, and drive visitors to collect prizes while avoiding queues and physical contact. To meet these goals Bannister Global ran two Valentine’s Spin the Wheel promotions using Easypromos’ Spin the Wheel app.

Easypromos’ Spin the Wheel app allowed fast setup and mobile participation (via web links and QR codes) and was promoted through mall websites, social media, newsletters and in-mall signage. The two promotions attracted over 1,000 participants (most added as new contacts), reached more than 40,000 people, and achieved a 98% redemption rate among winners—demonstrating Easypromos delivered an engaging, contactless solution that met Carmila’s objectives.
