Multiple Online Games to Celebrate the 40th Anniversary of Alcampo

Alcampo celebrated its 40th anniversary during the pandemic and needed a safe, digital way to reward customers, boost loyalty, and drive engagement instead of holding in-person events. To meet this challenge the retailer worked with Royal Comunicación and chose Easypromos, using the Easypromos Multi-Game app to build a fully branded, multi-game promotion that could run online and be customized to Alcampo’s corporate design.

Using Easypromos the team launched 14 games (word searches, puzzles, memory, match-it, hidden object and minesweeper) with a points-based public ranking, registration giveaways (€40 gift cards) and top prizes (€250 and €150 gift cards). Promoted across social media and newsletters, the campaign attracted almost 4,000 registrations in two weeks and generated over 180,000 plays with steady participation throughout the promotion, delivering strong engagement and positive customer feedback for Alcampo.
