Rid-O-Mice, a seller of online pest-control products, faced the challenge of educating homeowners about how mice enter homes, opening dialogue with prospects, and shifting sales from marketplaces like Amazon to their own site. To engage busy customers and incentivize direct purchases, they partnered with Easypromos to embed an interactive quiz on their website combined with a discount coupon.
Using Easypromos’s embeddable quiz-and-coupon tool, Rid-O-Mice drove strong engagement: over a period with 230 website sales, 134 visitors took the quiz and 66 of those used the coupon to purchase directly (another 18 participants bought via Amazon where the discount did not apply). The campaign cost about 10% of net sales attributable to the coupon, improved on-site engagement and search rankings, accelerated purchase decisions, and gave Rid-O-Mice actionable customer insights and a direct channel for follow-up.
