How the "Romper Barreras" awards are managed with an online video contest

The Romper Barreras Foundation wanted a better way to manage its annual awards and showcase assistive technology initiatives, so it turned to Easypromos and its Video Contest tool. The challenge was to collect and review candidate videos, organize entries by category, and run a public voting phase in a simple, visible format.

Easypromos implemented two video contests, one for individual entries and one for collective entries, all hosted on the foundation’s website. The solution centralized submissions, validation, voting, and winner selection, helping the foundation run its tenth edition more efficiently and gain strong engagement, with 32,681 votes and 6,337 shares in the individual category and 48,197 votes and 8,623 shares in the collective category.
