How a town promoted tourism and its local businesses with a digital Advent Calendar

Leavenworth Chamber of Commerce sought a way to recreate its signature holiday spirit and support local businesses after COVID-19 forced cancellation of in-person festivals. Working with Howell at the Moon Productions, the Chamber chose Easypromos and its Check-in Advent Calendar product to deliver a virtual Village of Lights experience and keep visitors engaged remotely.

Using the Easypromos Check-in Advent Calendar, the campaign ran daily prize draws (two gift cards per day totaling $100) and a Christmas Day grand prize, converting engagement into leads and traffic. The promotion attracted 4,962 registrants who opened nearly 60,000 doors (11.7 plays per person), with 73% of participants from Washington and entries from 47 states and abroad; organizers merged the new leads into their mailing list and reported strong brand engagement and plans to run the Easypromos calendar again.
