How a small photography studio raised engagement – and charity funds

Unique Underdogs, a small pet‑photography studio that donates a portion of sales to the National Animal Welfare Trust, needed to grow its audience quickly, drive studio visits, and demonstrate its charitable values without heavy ad spend. Working with agency Purlmpression, they launched a contest-led campaign and used Easypromos’ Pick Your Favorite app to power the public voting element and make participation simple and social.

Easypromos’ Pick Your Favorite app was used in a two‑stage campaign (Facebook photo‑in‑comments submissions, then a public voting gallery) with discount coupons for voters and a charity calendar prize for winners. The effort delivered strong engagement: the opening Facebook post generated 676 reactions, over 1,200 comments and 288 shares; almost 700 votes on day one and nearly 2,000 votes in nine days; and the gallery received over 14,000 page views from more than 6,000 unique visitors — while driving studio bookings, free photoshoots for 21 dogs and fundraising for the NAWT.
