H10 Hotels, a Spanish hotel chain with 55 properties and over 14,000 rooms, needed to stand out in a competitive tourism market by building emotional connections with guests and increasing social followers and engagement over the summer. To achieve this, H10 partnered with Easypromos and used the White Label multi-language photo-contest solution to run the #h10moments campaign, targeting guests across Facebook, Twitter and Instagram.
Easypromos delivered a guest-only, multi-language photo contest (Spanish and English) promoted via the H10 website, newsletter and POS materials, encouraging guests to upload photos and tag the hotel. The result was an extremely high participation rate across the three networks, contributions from participants worldwide, and a large gallery of user-generated images that showcased facilities and guest experiences — helping H10 boost brand visibility, social activity and customer loyalty. Easypromos’ multi-language support was cited as key to enabling international participation.
