A Easypromos Case Study
The Commission for Environmental Cooperation (CEC) wanted to engage North American youth (ages 12–16) ahead of the 2016 Council meeting by running a tri‑lingual photo contest in English, French and Spanish. After previously managing submissions manually by email, the CEC selected Easypromos to host and manage the multi‑lingual Photo Contest application to simplify administration and make the contest accessible in participants’ native languages.
Using Easypromos’ Photo Contest platform embedded on the CEC website — with mobile‑responsive design, automated entry collection and browser‑language display — the campaign generated over 600 submissions and thousands of page visits from Canada, Mexico and the United States. Easypromos enabled a public gallery, one winner per country (plus GoPro prizes and video messages for ministers) and a printed exhibition of the top 10 photos at the 2016 Council session in Mérida, delivering measurable engagement and greatly reduced manual work.
