Printful, a custom design and fulfillment company, needed a single drop‑shipping solution that could create products on demand, handle fulfillment and shipping, and be accessible via API. As their volume grew, their existing 3rd‑party shipping API wasn’t flexible or scalable enough, so Printful turned to EasyPost and its APIs (Tracking API with Webhooks, Rates API, USPS International, Customs, Refunds) to support multiple carriers and simplify integration.

EasyPost’s API was integrated within hours and let Printful route shipments across USPS, FedEx, UPS and additional carriers to lower costs and scale operations. Printful embedded EasyPost into its in‑house iOS warehouse app so employees can scan items, generate and wirelessly print labels from an iPhone in just a few taps—drastically reducing fulfillment steps and time and improving cost management and operational flexibility.
