To upgrade that process, Chubbies partnered with Loop Returns and integrated EasyPost, using EasyPost’s Shipping API and Tracking API with Webhooks (and USPS connectivity) to power a self-service returns portal.
Loop Returns built an RMA application on EasyPost, unlocking USPS Commercial Plus Pricing for cheaper return labels, real-time tracking, and label-on-scan purchasing to avoid unnecessary costs. The EasyPost-enabled solution lets customers generate a label in minutes with an order number and zip code, notifies warehouses via webhooks when a return is scanned, and cut return processing from 5–25 days to 5–15 days—shaving more than a week and reducing the returns timeline by over 50%, while improving customer loyalty and repeat purchases.
