Kantar, a global data analytics and consulting firm, needed to train and align its large, geographically distributed account teams to better focus on their clients' specific business needs. Lacking in-house L&D expertise, Global Insight Planner Mark Whiting faced the challenge of moving beyond basic PowerPoint and text documents to create a more engaging and scalable training program using Easygenerator's e-learning authoring tool.

Using Easygenerator, Kantar developed the "Unilever University," a scalable internal training program. The solution empowered hundreds of employees to create and update courses themselves, leading to nearly 300 courses being built.
