TataCliQ, the Tata Group’s eCommerce initiative, needed to improve warehousing efficiency across its operations. Before EasyEcom, inwarding, shelving, and outwarding were handled manually in Excel, while orders were processed through TataCliQ’s seller portal, creating siloed workflows and reducing overall efficiency.

EasyEcom implemented an AI-driven warehouse management solution that integrated seller portal data, supported SAP-based inventory adjustments, and improved order and inventory workflows across 10 warehouses. As a result, TataCliQ achieved 90% same-day order fulfillment adherence, 98% same-day dispatch success, and increased warehousing capability and efficiency from 85% to 95%.
