Trafford Council makes light work of invoice management

Trafford Council, the local authority serving around 210,000 residents in Greater Manchester, needed a better way to manage high volumes of purchase orders and invoices across multiple offices. With a finite finance team, the council wanted to reduce manual paperwork, improve visibility, and make invoice and audit queries easier to handle.
